INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE FOR 4, 5 & 6 YEAR OLD (TEAMS
ONLY)
Avoid the Cold, Snow & Ice!
Play soccer indoors
in our 70 degree climate controlled facilities. Each
session will begin with a 16 minute instructional
warm-up period. Games will be two 16 minute halves
with a 2 minute half time. The players on the field
are 4V4 and the coach will remain on the field throughout
the game giving instructions and encouragement as
needed. This is a great beginning league for boys
and girls wanting to learn the fun game of soccer. Our league is non-competitive. SIGN UP TODAY. All registrations will be taken in a first-come, first-served basis. |

To register your team you need the following:

A youth team application and signed team
contract.

$200 Deposit (non-refundable after Sunday, October
3, 2010).

Pony Team League Fees:
$390.00* plus 9.025% sales tax per team for an 9
game session -
Our league managers will be flexible with schedule conflicts, which are due with your All American roster, no later than
two weeks before the league starts. Roster maximum is
9 players.
*Fees do not include medical reimbursement
insurance.

Note:
All players must register to play by having their parents click here for online player registration,
complete
the
form,
upload
their
child's
color
picture
and
pay
their
registration
fee
with
a
credit
card.
Team
managers
must
turn
in
their
players
proof
of
birth
and
any
color
pictures
that
were
unable
to
upload.
Please
complete
your
roster
online.
Parents without internet access or credit cards will need to fill out a players registration-waiver form, attach a color photo, attach a check
for their registration fee of $15.74 plus 9.025% sales tax (expires 10/01/11) and turn in to their team manager to submit to All American.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All teams must have their players register online
or complete forms, with color pictures, proof of birth and fees paid by the deadline to get their first game time.
All American will no longer accept incomplete registration information or individual forms. Team managers must have their parents register
their children online or collect all forms in full and submit by the following registration deadlines: two weeks prior to the start of the league
Teams will not be allowed to play with incomplete registrations.
